Jennifer was born in Oakland and raised in the wine country destination of Lodi, CA. She learned her hard work ethic from her parents who built a successful medical practice and software consulting company from the ground up. In 1992, Jennifer attended the University of California, Davis, and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Human Development. She worked in web development a number of years before discovering her passion in real estate in 2005. Jennifer sold residential real estate in the Greater Sacramento area for almost 11 years. During this time, she became an advocate for real estate professionals serving the Asian Pacific Islander community. In 2012-2013, she served as a Director on the Sacramento Board of Realtors under the leadership of the first Asian President and in 2014, she was elected President for the Asian Real Estate Association of America Greater Sacramento Chapter. Jennifer took time away from real estate for a couple years to pursue other opportunities, but realized real estate was still her passion. She always had an interest in commercial sales, so decided to take the leap in 2019. Jennifer maintains a high level of professionalism and ethics in everything she does. Her clients always feel they and their interests come first, which has enabled her to build long-lasting relationships throughout her career.
