Tai Le is devoted to real estate investment sales; specializing in multifamily and commercial real estate investments throughout the Greater Sacramento, Central Valley, and Bay Area markets. Tai represents both buyers and sellers, from private 1031-exchange investors to first-time high-net-worth investors; providing high level advisory services with an emphasis on middle-market transactions. Tai also has extensive experience in garden-style apartments and net-leased retail centers.

Prior to launching Banyan Commercial, Tai worked in a variety of complementary industries, including apartment property management and Class-A office leasing for one of the largest landlords in the North Bay, and manufactured community sales. These experiences have proven to be a valuable asset that most agents cannot offer. He has earned a reputation for his strong work ethic and ability to proactively source proprietary opportunities, and he is extremely knowledgeable in every facet of sales transactions.

A Sacramento local, Tai knows the area’s specific market conditions, knowledge he utilizes to maximize the value of each investment. Tai currently lives in the Greater Sacramento area and graduated from UC Riverside with a degree in Business Administration.
