We have been looking to diversify our commercial real estate portfolio for many years and were reluctant to go into multifamily due to lower cap rate than other product types.  However, after 5-6 months working with Banyan Commercial, we felt very comfortable and made the move into Multifamily.  Our first purchase was a $4M property in Central Valley and it is one of our best performers yet.
